Every banner is custom printed to order, so we can’t accept returns or give refunds for change of mind.

If we made a mistake

If we made a mistake, like a misprint, the wrong size or material, or damage in production, we’ll reprint your order free. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem.
